The cheapest VPS to host Neo4j, by its own requirements

Neo4j is a graph database. At its recommended spec (16 vCPU, 2 GB RAM, 10 GB disk), the cheapest plan we track is Contabo Cloud VPS 16 at $44.50 a month (ex VAT), and 5 providers have a plan that fits. At the bare minimum (2 vCPU, 2 GB RAM, 10 GB disk), Hostodo EPYC-2G1C32GN at $3.50 would do.
