Virtono is a Romanian host selling KVM cloud VPS on SSD storage. It lists 29 cities across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, but on any day only some of them can take an order: on 14 October 2026 its four monthly plans could be ordered in 11. The euro price is the same in every city that sells a plan at its list price. Each plan includes one IPv4 address and a /64 IPv6 subnet; prices exclude VAT, which EU consumers pay on top. Stock differs by city: we read every city’s order page each day and list a plan only where it can be ordered at the listed price.
